Father and son drowned near Sinemorets

A father and son drowned on the unguarded Linden Beach. The incident happened at noon when two children drowned in the sea and two men came in to help, who managed to get one child out.

Around noon a group from Razgrad, who is on holiday in Sinemorets, was at Butamyata beach. Two of the children, 16, asked for permission to go to Lipi Beach, which is unguarded and hard to reach, to look at it.

The two parents decided to follow them to see them at the beach. From the high place, where there are also two memorial plaques on the victims of this beach, the father begins to film the children bathing in the water.

While shooting with his phone, one child comes out and starts crying for help. The father rushes down, enters the sea, then drags him. The second father only managed to get in, scared, go out and see one body swim.

It beeps, followed by rescuers who launch a jet into the sea. First they remove the child, then his father.

In 2012, two men were killed, rescuing two children at Lipa Beach. This is not the first case. The sea in recent days is extremely dangerous, with a red flag throughout the day.
