The 2019 Miden and Fish Festival kicked off in Kavarna

With seafood specialties and a great mood, "Miden and Fish Festival 2019" began. Old Kavarna recipes came to life in the hands of chefs in a culinary demonstration on the central square in Kavarna.

Mayor of Kavarna Municipality Nina Stavreva, Deputy Mayor Yordan Yordanov and Municipal Councilor Kiril Bahnev showed cooking skills in the preparation of the seafood. The event was also joined by MP Krasimir Yankov and the dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts at Veliko Turnovo University "St. St. Cyril and Methodius “Assoc. Prof. Dr. Svetoslav Kosev.

Along with the opening of the summer festival, it opened the Maritime Workshop, where Kavarna's small artists painted mussels and pebbles. The workshop also included students from the Faculty of Fine Arts at Veliko Turnovo University "St. St. Cyril and Methodius ", who are in a student plein air in Kavarna this week. They presented their paintings to the Saglasie-1890 National Park, which are inspired by the sights of the city and the surrounding area.

Tonight at the Miden and Fish Fest the eternal hits of the pop star of Bulgarian music Panayot Panayotov will sound.
